Demand Letters - $70 per letter.
Liens - $175 per lien plus cost.
Cancellation of Liens - $125 plus cost.
All other items are billed hourly @ $195 per hour.
Monthly Collection Retainer - $5 per lot per month. This includes unlimited demand letters and cost of liens for up to 15% of the entire subdivision.
